About Matt Pelletier

A strategy and operations leader, who thrives when leading and developing a team through the early stages of business development. I genuinely enjoy collaborating with teams with a broad array of skills and leveraging my team and network to accelerate progress. My past roles have given me a broad range of incredible experiences. Some of my favorites include defining market opportunities and strategic direction for new products, designing and implementing complex business strategies, and developing and driving operational rigor to ensure success. Beyond developing strategy, I love leading teams, supporting individual development, and pushing for change. In my spare time, I serve on the board as Treasurer for a new public school in Rhode Island geared toward providing a liberating educational experience to all students, with a focus on engaging young men and women of color.
