Background
About Matt Perrella
As a leader in a youth athletics based business it's important to prioritize the needs and emotions of our players and families before focusing in on the soccer experience. Our community revolves around a long term process of development and education. I transform the mindset players have on their approach to training, competing, and growing by developing a mentorship plan on and off the field. These lessons are passed to the parents where they can feel empowered to continue the conversation of sport and development based on their buy-in to a club and community philosophy. Changing the game one family at a time and educating our parents to make informed decisions to propel their children to elite opportunities. Current Coaching Includes: Ocean City Nor'Easters (USL2) Oaklyn United (APSL, Men's Division 4) Marshall Islands (FIFA), Men's International Former: St. Joseph's University, Men's Drexel University, Women's Zimbabwe (CONIFA), Men's International Former Pro Playing Includes: Pittsburgh Riverhounds (USL Championship) Bethlehem Steel (USL Championship) Carolina Railhawks (NASL) Newcastle United (Reserves)
