As a Manager of Account Management at Postmedia Network Inc, I lead a team of account managers located across Canada. Our goal is to manage and develop strategies for our mid-sized business clients to achieve their marketing goals. My strengths include leading and building teams to perform and present to clients. I focus on coaching to deliver value by ensuring clear adherence to processes and a deep analytic review of campaign details. I value clear, open communication with my team, leaders, and clients and pride myself on it. Personally, I enjoy working on the kinds of projects that don’t immediately present a solution. The ones that need thought, development, and strategy to determine how to apply and scale. Moving an idea to tangible and then measurable is fun.
