I've recently be asked:"If you were to write a book about your life, what would the title be?" I would title that book "Batters Box". If you get to know me, you will find that almost everything goes back to a baseball analogy. Throughout life and business, you have to constantly readjust your stance based on your situation and the circumstances coming at you. If you don't adjust and make the small changes, you will miss opportunities."Small ball" is where you learn that games are won and loss before the pitch is thrown. Based on this thought process, I am constantly monitoring, measuring and readjusting both strategies and goals based on recent accomplishments. If I'm not hitting my goal, its time to adjust my stance in my Batters Box.
