I am an international energy lawyer with private and in-house experience in each sector of the upstream and downstream value chain. I currently lead Woodside's Perth Corporate Legal team, and was formerly the legal team lead for Woodside’s APAC New Energy and Carbon group, with a focus on hydrogen and ammonia projects, CCUS and Woodside's carbon credit portfolio. In addition to Australia, I have practised across more than fifteen jurisdictions on a range of exploration and development projects, including as lead counsel for Woodside’s Sangomar Field Development in Senegal. I have particular experience with working on all aspects of joint operating agreements, production sharing contracts, sale and purchase agreements, farmout agreements, joint study and bidding agreements, LNG, gas and hydrogen/ammonia sales contracts, transportation arrangements, services contracts, licensing issues and EPCI contracts. During my time in-house at Woodside, I have also been exposed to working on a broad range of matters, including advising on corporate disclosure, employment, dispute resolution and regulatory matters.
