With over 9 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors, I have repeatedly demonstrated my talent for exceeding expectations and promoting organization-wide performance growth. I specialize in analyzing and capitalizing on data insights to introduce corrective action to underperforming areas and continuously optimize procedures and policies resulting in higher levels of profitability, safety, and quality. My career includes experience managing procurement, supply chain, and inventory management for hospitals and schools where I enhanced inventory controls and guaranteed inventory availability while minimizing aged inventory risks and waste. Furthermore, I demonstrated my ability to take ownership and complete challenging projects and initiatives by overseeing the procurement of critical COVID-19 PPE supplies during the crisis. In terms of my leadership skills, I have managed teams of up to 25 personnel with accountability for all department operations and human resources programs such as recruitment, interviews, onboarding, scheduling, employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives. I have consistently focused on empowering my employees and motivating them to pursue ever-greater results. My technical skills include proficiency in MS Office Suite, Oracle, and Premier ERP as well as industry experience in the IT sector, managing technical support operations and assisting with the testing and QA of new software.
