About Matt Price

I have 17 years of experience leading all types of quantitative and qualitative research projects, large and small. Using tools such as online and phone surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews (IDIs), my job is to help clients design research programs that answer their key questions among critical stakeholder group, conduct and analyze the research, and make actionable recommendations. I've worked in several different types of research environments - a political polling firm, a standard market research company, a public relations firm - and I've learned that though all use the same tools, there are subtle differences to the research approaches in each. It is like speaking different dialects of the same language. While my specific experience has varied by industries, I have especially enjoyed working on issues pertaining to education, public affairs, and various progressive issues. I am a professionally-trained focus group moderator as well.
