I have over 25 years’ experience managing a broad range of infrastructure projects, programs, and portfolios. In this time I have worked at all decision-making levels taking responsibility for developing and implementing investment planning & delivery methodology, managing the many interfaces to identify and align capital investment demand to strategic objectives, and managing capital program and project delivery. This experience ensures that I bring insight to align capital investment to an organisation’s strategic objectives from the start, factor in creative problem-solving to ensure effective delivery right through to handing over the product, and continue to improve execution process to assure effective project and program design and delivery.
