About Matt Puckrin

I have 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade. I have made a career change in the past few years and I attended NAIT in the carpentry and millwork program apprenticing as a cabinetmaker I am currently in my 3rd year as an apprentice cabinetmaker, about to head into my 4th year of schooling. After obtaining my Journeyman ticket I’ll be focusing on getting into engineering design and drafting. In addition to my experience as a plumber and a cabinetmaker, I am also a freelance illustrator. I received my diploma from Edmonton Digital Arts College in Digital Illustration and Sequential Art and am now confident using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I am also an amateur photographer and am very proficient with Camera raw and Adobe Lightroom. I would describe myself as a quick-learning, hardworking individual with excellent time management skills and a friendly personality, traits which come in handy when working with customers. I have a strong work ethic and I take pride in high quality craftsmanship. I hold all of my work to a very high standard. I am excited to explore new career opportunities and to continue to learn new skills. I hope to become an asset to a team who share similar values.
