About Matt Redlinger

I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades with a background in leadership roles across a mix of industries – from financial services to construction and hospitality. More recently, I’ve been diving into the world of Sales in my current role at Benge Industries! Over the years, I’ve picked up a variety of skills in strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and team-building (and, on occasion, I’ve even managed to get it all done without causing a complete disaster). My latest challenge has been leading teams through the intricacies of sales in the paving and parking lot maintenance industry—balancing cost, timing, and quality to ensure bids are both competitive and accurate, while expanding relationships and bringing in new business. I’ve spent my career figuring out how to make teams work better together, find those pesky inefficiencies, and keep things running smoothly. Along the way, I’ve learned how to keep people motivated and build strong relationships with customers. While I’ve certainly seen my fair share of challenges, I’ve always enjoyed finding ways to improve processes and make things a little more efficient — though I can’t promise I won’t occasionally break something in the process. Ultimately, I enjoy creating environments where teams can thrive and where the end result is always better than the starting point. I’m the one who’s happy to roll up my sleeves, dive into the work, and maybe have a laugh while we're at it.
