About Matt Rees

After completing my HSC in 2015, I obtained both my Certificate and IV in Disability Individual Support while working in the hospitality industry across various roles in cafés and restaurants. During this time, I also completed my work placement with Northcott in Coffs Harbour. In 2017, I officially joined Northcott as a Disability Support Worker, supporting customers across Everyday Life Skills as well as In-Home and Community programs. Over five years in this role, I developed strong skills in person-centred support and building meaningful connections with customers. Eager to broaden my impact, I transitioned into Northcott’s Recruitment team, spending six months as a Recruitment Officer before securing a full-time role as a Recruitment Consultant. Based regionally in Grafton, I am now part of Northcott’s dynamic and passionate recruitment team, dedicated to connecting great people with opportunities that make a real difference in the lives of others.
