About Matt Rogers

I’ve spent the last 18+ years working across nearly every corner of tech—from programming and web development to data science, security, and IT consulting. Along the way, I’ve built a strong foundation in the full software lifecycle and learned how to connect the dots between business needs and smart, scalable solutions. Today, I lead AI and solution delivery at Bruce Power, where my focus is on bringing emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), and computer vision into real-world applications. It’s a role that combines my passion for innovation with my love of solving complex problems. I work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that drive efficiency and make a meaningful impact on how we operate. I’m always exploring what’s next—whether it’s a new AI model, an automation opportunity, or a better way to deliver value. I enjoy being hands-on, staying current with tech trends, and working with people who are just as curious and driven as I am. Above all, I care about building things that work, sharing what I’ve learned, and helping teams grow together.
