As a Manager of Transaction Monitoring QC at NAB, I leverage my Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) credential and over 10 years of experience in the Financial Crime field to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in the alert management process. I have a strong background in Fraud, KYC, Risk and Controls, AML and CTF, and Surveillance Investigations, which enables me to provide oversight, guidance, and support to leaders and teams across the Financial Crime division. I am passionate about driving transformational change and operational excellence in the Financial Crime space, and I have a proven track record of leading and delivering complex and high-risk projects and initiatives. Some of my recent achievements include uplifting Suspicious Matter Reports, leading continuous improvement strategies for productivity and optimisation, and managing various streams of Complex Investigations within the Surveillance function.
