Scaling up strategic capabilities to support a significant capital program expansion (from $4B to $12B), for a prominent North American company; delivering over $400M of value. Playing a pivotal leadership role in successfully recovering and completing the $14B Coastal GasLink Project, mitigating $1.5B in contract change costs through supply chain transformation. Transforming the upstream onshore logistics operations, piloting change and replicating across the asset portfolio for a leading international oil & gas producer, delivering over $100M of bottom-line impact. I excel in developing strategies, building shared vision, and championing change; realizing strategic business opportunities with a proven implementation track record.
