I'm an extremely passionate agile practitioner and leader that loves to help teams learn, grow and optimize what is possible. With a background in software engineering and years of experience in technology transformations and software delivery, I'm known for my attention to detail and ability to lead large complex projects and deliver results. I find joy in solving complex problems in a team environment and establishing long lasting relationships with the people I meet along the way. I am a certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master (CSM) & Product Owner (CSPO) with over 15 years consulting delivery experience and take pride in enabling client outcomes by ensuring they contain the correct balance of strategic business focus and technical solutioning. I have created and formalized content for Agile Training which I've used to upskill multiple dozens of colleagues and clients. I love agile :). please ask me about it. and brace yourself, I may talk your ear off :) I have experience in the Not for Profit, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Distribution and Utilities industries working closely with industry leading, globally recognized corporations. I'm well-versed in providing strategic road-mapping & planning, cross-functional technical & business leadership, service and product delivery, technology risk management, process improvement and effective team building. I am a passionate servant leader that draws energy from helping people grow and achieve their goals. I'm a proud and dedicated mentor, volunteer and have enjoyed contributing to corporate culture where in the past I've co-founding a global corporate Health & Wellness committee, launched a platform for recognizing teams for delivery success and participated as a mentor to 2 people that I'm happy to call close friends. I'm most proud of the impact I've had on the team members and clients that I've been lucky enough to have worked with. I cherish the ability to support people and help them shine on the path to achieving their goals.
