I’m a real estate developer focused on delivering high-impact, community-rooted housing through disciplined execution and creative capital structuring. As Director of Real Estate Development at Holos Communities, I lead development efforts on Holos’ 1,300-unit portfolio of urban infill projects across Los Angeles — from site acquisition and entitlements through closing, construction, lease-up, and conversion to permanent financing. I’ve helped structure over $495 million in public and private capital, including early-stage and multi-layered financing, public land deals, and complex predevelopment phases. I’m especially passionate about embedding sustainability into each project — from greywater reuse and edible landscaping to zero net energy design and low-carbon construction. These aren’t add-ons for us; they shape how we define value. I approach every deal with a balance of mission and rigor: aligning community priorities with capital expectations, and delivering projects that perform — for residents, partners, and neighborhoods alike.
