As the Director of Commercial Consulting, I am responsible for leading our growth initiatives in the commercial, municipal, and state consulting planning, investigation and remediation business lines. As a program manager, I lead personnel management, technical leadership and business development-Personnel management: managing the performance for both individual careers and to support other team leaders, providing a communication avenue for gathering ideas, making staffing decisions and managing direct reports-Technical leadership: providing expertise for successful projects, training & teaching these skills to others, and risk prevention-Business development: leading proposal efforts, growing & maintaining client relationships and developing future business strategies.
