Amazon Fulfillment Lead a network leading Fulfillment Center. Lockheed Martin Have worked at multiple levels within Production Operations from floor level industrial engineering to management. Experience & responsibility for budget allocations, tracking and adherence to targets as well as forecasting cost, manpower, tooling, etc for day to day operations as well as proposal work. Have held leadership positions as an IE Mgr, Production Engineering Sr Manager (A), Operations Eng Sr Mgr (A), Prj Pln & Prgm Ops Mgr and Manufacturing Sr Mgr. I have taken challenging assignments including a 2 year assignment as the Executive Assistant to the VP & GM of the Marietta site. In this role I lead multiple strategic initiatives including the site Affordability Council and Aero Asset Reduction as well being the primary interface with external customers, DCMA and site leadership. Most recently I have taken a role as the Prod Ops Core Workforce Management Sr Mgr leading a diverse team focused on enhancing performance through improving the workforce. The team focuses on development, engagement, workforce planning and operations initiatives to drive the success of our workforce. Throughout my different roles I have excelled at building effective relationships while working with a number of organizations including prod ops, finance, engineering, OE, quality, PM, HR, customers, outside programs and core site operations.
