I'm a former professional snowboarder turned strategic planning leader, passionate about aligning vision with execution. Originally from Bountiful, Utah—a suburb of Salt Lake City—I spent over a decade filming and competing internationally, including events sanctioned by the FIS (International Ski Federation), and representing global brands like Burton, Nike and Red Bull. I was featured in major snowboarding publications and videos, with iconic footage filmed everywhere from Alaska to New Zealand. My snowboarding career was defined by creativity, technical progression, and calculated risk-taking—all of which continue to shape my approach to business and life. I earned my business degree from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, including time studying abroad in Europe. I began my corporate journey at ATI—in the company’s Management Training Program—where I built a strong foundation in business strategy, planning, and project execution. Today, I live in Hudson, Ohio, and serve as Strategic Planning Manager at The Davey Tree Expert Company, helping drive long-term initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and organizational growth. My path is unconventional, but it’s guided by a simple principle: set a clear line, stay committed, and keep progressing. The same ability to take calculated risks that helped me land tricks in high-consequence terrain now helps me navigate complex decisions, drive strategy, and create value in a business environment.
