About Matt Singh

Matthew is an experienced administrator and nationally recognized operational excellence and continuous improvement expert. He is currently serving as the Director and Master Black Belt for the State of Nebraska’s Center of Operational Excellence. In this role, Matthew is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring Nebraska is more effective, efficient, and customer focused. Prior to joining the state, Matthew worked in a variety of operations and customer focused management roles consistently achieving improvements in team, culture, and organizational bottom line results. Currently, Matthew is a keynote speaker and panel contributor to operational excellence and continuous improvement forums across the U.S. and internationally. He is also one of the key stakeholders followed in a Harvard Case study that focuses on the creation of the Nebraska Center of Operational Excellence. This case study, along with other videos Matthew has created, are now used in Harvard’s Executive Education training to executives throughout the world.
