About Matt Sipe

My life- I love helping other people discover fullfilment, realize success, and walk in purpose- I love a good challenge- I am convinced that God created all of us with purpose and that ulitmately that purpose will be found by having a true relationship with God the Father. Jesus is the link between what God wants for us and has in store for us. Through him, we can know God the Father. Through him, provision is available. Through him, we can walk in victory. When he left, God the Father gave us the Holy Spirit to guide us, direct us, work through us, empower us- God's Word is alive and powerful- I believe that my work is a significant part of my calling. I believe that I am to do everything with excellence and develop relationships with people. I am not afraid to bring my God into the workplace. in fact that is the secret to my successes. We spend too much time at work to not utilize the influence we have with co-workers to help them discover their own purpose- Family: I love my wife, Hollie, and three kids (Weston, Sydney and Sadie, 14, 12, and 8). I am determined to be the best husband and father there can be. The role of the husband and the father is such a clear parrallel to Jesus as the husband (the church is the bride of christ) and God the Father. I desire to reflect my creator's image as much as possible- Hobbies: Not much time for those.too many other more important things.but when I do have time, I hunt and I love all sports and anything outdoors. I also enjoy gaming with my son- Plan to write a book on leadership.
