With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, I am a passionate and driven professional who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering value to my organization. I have a strong background in planning and executing strategic and tactical processes for securing and managing global plant inventory of raw materials for production. I am also a a team member, with the skills and mindset to inspire, collaborate, and innovate in a dynamic and diverse environment.As a Global Raw Materials Planner at DuPont, I am responsible for developing and communicating global raw material forecasts throughout a 24-month horizon to suppliers, ensuring production plans can be met. I also help develop new supply chain strategies that streamline and enhance supply of key raw materials, and partner with cross-functional teams for new product introduction and product launch. Additionally, I lead internal teams on resolution of short-term supply/demand imbalances for raw materials, and assess and respond to expected raw material storage. Through my work, I have demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
