The following is a sample of my responsibilities within the company-Utilize design software to create P & IDs for the implementation of automated plant water systems and do engineering calculations for system configurations -Promote the sales of automated plant water systems and ancillary automated process systems for the textile services market and food processing industries -Share technical specs, schematics, and ROI calculations for products and applications with the customer -Manage the installation and startup of plant water, heating, and other ancillary automated systems -Provide customer technical support for running systems in the field -Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer application requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs -Develop proposals, product presentations, and other product data required to close sales contracts -Monitor your customer engagement activities regularly by inputting your activity into the company's CRM software; maintain clean and updated records for all leads and accounts-Support the quarterly sales growth targets within a defined product set and territory -Attend and in some cases present at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events -Help expand product market share by working with Sales & Marketing Manager to develop effective product sales strategies.
