About Matt Spencer

Matthew S. Spencer has handled all varieties of real estate transactions and done so from every party’s viewpoint. His real estate clients span a broad spectrum from commercial sellers and buyers and commercial landlords to single and multi-family buyers, sellers, and tenants. He has written and lectured on Real Estate Topics. He has serviced accounts and rendered closing services for approximately 30 different institutional lenders. Our firm has an extensive network of real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home inspectors and title representatives with whom we work. He has represented the Westchester County Public Administrator, served as Guardian Ad Litem in the Surrogate's Court and is also a Court Examiner for Article 81 Guardianship proceedings. Matt has been advising clients in connection with their estates and estate planning needs since 1993. Our clients have a wide range of legal needs from simple Last Will and Testament or Revocable Living Trust to more complex tax planning and savings techniques. He also handles Probate and Estate Planning matters. His litigation experience includes general litigation, real estate litigation and litigated probate matters. He was admitted to the Bar in 1991.
