I have over 20 years of expertise directing all aspects of operations; leading teams in the successful execution of objectives while defining and coordinating day-to-day business logistics and overseeing financials. Throughout my career, I have been involved in almost every aspect of manufacturing, plant, production, facilities and supply chain management, establishing and leading behind-the-scenes operational processes and building teams to achieve success. I assess business strategy and institute innovative lean ISO policies and best-practices that improve productivity, increase revenues and deliver cost-savings company-wide. I am passionate about leading by example with a high-energy management style centered on a listen and feedback approach. I am skilled at building and training a high performing culture through aligned vision, shared values and accountability. I believe that when you mentor and empower people with properly communicated goals, you see consistent and measurable improvement in their performance, which ultimately achieves company objectives and goals. In addition, I am effective at leading teams with hundreds of staff through difficult company cultural changes. I am also skilled at client management to ensure ultimate product satisfaction. I have led program development and implementation, performance management, needs assessment, and strategic planning for existing and future projections. I am a goal-oriented decision maker, with success meeting production quotas and deadlines while fostering client and vendor relationships. I have a broad-based manufacturing and production background in management as well as the ability to provide hands-on support where needed. I am well versed in all manufacturing government safety guidelines and regulations including OSHA. I have worked in manufacturing for 17 years and I am open to opportunities within the industry as well as open to exploring other industries in Colorado or other states.
