I am an experienced Director in Deloitte's Reward team, part of Deloitte's wider Global Employer Services practice, and focus on assisting companies with all aspects of their global equity and cash based incentive programmes. Experience in- UK and global incentive plan design and implementation for both all employee and discretionary arrangements- ongoing global regulatory and tax compliance for incentive programmes- the use of trusts and the accounting aspects of incentives- the impact of transactions and other corporate events on equity programmes; and - the complexities of mobile employees receiving incentives including the implementation and operation of GAIN (Deloitte's global tax withholding technology for equity and incentives) to assist companies with their international tax compliance.
