I am a husband, father, 24-year veteran risk advisor and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) born to a hog farmer turned long haul owner operator father. Raised by a single, legal secretary mother and a 6-year wiser brother with influence, love and support from Salt of the Earth grandparents. My step-father provided mentorship and insight into international business as the President of a manufacturing company serving the Oil & Gas industry. Chicago birthed my career in 2001 and l have been blessed with mentors that molded me into a partner, mentor & advocate that challenges myself and my team to deliver solutions to business challenges related to Risk, Strategy and People.
