Following 7 years as a Registered Valuer in Auckland, I joined Bayleys in August 2018 and currently manage the Hamilton valuations team. I have been involved in property valuation since 2007, during which time I have undertaken a wide range of consultancy and valuation work including insurance valuations, feasibility studies for commercial development proposals, compensation valuations for extensive public works, and residential valuations including large-scale multi-staged developments. I have vast experience with valuation and consultancy for large scale apartment development and residential land subdivision. Prior to pursuing a career in valuation, I obtained banking knowledge from two years employment in ASB Bank branch banking, in a small-scale lending role, and obtained building construction knowledge through hands-on involvement in constructing a residential dwelling.
