In 2001,Class One Solutions, Inc. was formed as a pure engineering consulting firm with a primary vision of reducing the impact of corporate operations on the environment. From this goal, C1S has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to reduce energy use, water use, and waste at their existing facilities. This has led to reductions in operating costs, as well as, improvements in worker productivity, increased production levels, and extended life cycle performance. Our vision:"Solve Problems to improve the Future". Our niche is focused on creating unique solutions for existing buildings. Buildings that are already built and in operation make up over 85% of those that will be in place 10 years from now. These millions of square feet of aging facilities represent an incredible resource conservation challenge as corporations attempt to remain competitive. C1S has grown into a full service design and construction firm that develops creative solutions for our clients facility needs. Just as no two clients are alike, no two facility projects are alike. We take pride in the innovative solutions that we have developed over the years. More and more manufacturing and industry is coming back to the US.
