About Matt Summers
With 15 years in Leadership development and education experience, I have a shared background in both the Telecommunications industry in the private sector and within Health care in the public sector. I am passionate about developing human capital in organizations. I have extensive experience in working in provincial collaborative education programs for both new managers and for experienced managers in health care in British Columbia. My Masters studies focused on the link between the Neurosciences, education delivery and leadership development. Science continues to show us that we have the ability to rewire our brains due to its neuroplasticity and as a result, as leaders we can learn new skills and behaviors in any moment. As an existing neurosciences social researcher, I am passionate about integrating brain-based learning practices into leadership development programs.
