Matt Thunell is a creative executive with over two decades of experience in the fields of design, visual effects, and advanced visualization. He has produced and led vision for more than 250 projects featuring high-end computer graphics for various media and platforms, including feature films, games, commercials, XR, rides, concerts, and data visualization. His work has spanned diverse genres and clients, from Star Wars and Lady Gaga to Ferrari and the U.S. Department of Defense. Thunell is driven by curiosity and storytelling, striving to create visual products that combine art, science, entertainment, and purpose. Notably, in 2016 Thunell co-conceived the world's first AI produced short film, Eclipse. The film debuted at the 26th annual Cannes Lions International Festival.
