About Matt Tansill

Multifaceted technology professional accustomed to working in both the IT and business worlds. Natural strengths in forging relationships with technical and non-technical business leaders alike, honed during years of working with many types of corporate and public-sector clients. I believe that teams excel when openness and transparency are not the exception, but the expectation. I thrive on meeting new people, understanding their desires and challenges and helping them succeed. With over ten years of IT delivery experience, I have a proven history of providing value to our clients, be it hands-on with the technology, leading teams around the globe, or meeting with them face-to-face to understand their needs and concerns. As a lifetime student, I thrive when being able to learn new things, be it tools, technologies, processes or theories. Never one to simply be satisfied with “doing what I know”, I seek out opportunities to put me outside of my comfort zone and be in a position to take on a new challenge. I graduated from Washington State University with a double-major in both Management Information Systems & Accounting, which provided a solid foundation in the language of both business and technology. Based out of Tacoma, Wa, I'm a native to the Pacific Northwest. When not working, I spend a bulk of my time playing with our twins. In addition, I enjoy exploring our beautiful region, watching our local sports teams and tending to our home through various DIY projects.
