I am an accomplished construction, infrastructure and corporate lawyer with demonstrated leadership and management experience gained over 15 years working in senior roles at Allens, a top tier international law firm, and in-house legal team at Lendlease, a leading international property development, construction and investment management company.I have advised government and private sector participants on the full life-cycle of some of Australia’s most significant construction and infrastructure projects and complex acquisition and divestment transactions. My experience spans all commonly used contracting and procurement models (including numerous and a wide variety of sectors and asset types. I also have extensive general corporate and commercial advisory experience, including across M&A, banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, property and leasing transactions, IP/IT, employment and IR, workplace health and safety, regulator interactions and compliance, and dispute resolution.My practical experience is complemented by a Master of Laws degree obtained at the University of Melbourne, for which I attained first class honours. My studies focused on construction, project finance, insurance, international and disputes law.
