About Matt Tod

As a believer in human potential, I am passionate about helping individuals unleash their best selves to make a positive impact on the world. With over 15 years of experience working with over youth, educators, and adults globally, I have facilitated workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, sustainable high performance, and personal development. I bring a dynamic energy to every engagement, challenging individuals to live out their passions and curiosities while also humbly learning from their experiences. Currently, I serve as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development for Plan International Canada, an organization dedicated to advancing children's rights and equality for girls. Previously, I held roles as the Associate Director of Learning and Performance Development for WE and the Executive Director of Youth Programs for the Institute for Health and Human Potential. As a voracious reader and action-taker, I thrive on turning big ideas into meaningful change.
