About Matt Tranel

I’ve been in real estate since 2014 and now lead as a Broker with Premier Realty Group, where our team has become the #1 selling group in the Wisconsin Rapids market. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, with a strong focus on waterfront homes, land, and lifestyle properties throughout Wisconsin Rapids, the Town of Rome, and the surrounding lakes region. What drives me isn’t just transactions—it’s people. I love listening to each client’s goals, understanding their vision, and guiding them with clear advice, local insight, and honest conversations. Whether it’s a first home, a family cabin, or a commercial space, I work hard to make sure my clients feel confident every step of the way. Outside of work, I’m a husband, a dad to a blended family of eight kids, and an active part of my community. You’ll often find me cheering at local sporting events, helping lead initiatives like Best Christmas Ever, or supporting small businesses across Central Wisconsin. If you’re looking for someone who pairs local expertise with a down-to-earth approach, I’d love to connect
