About Matt Truty

I’m a results‑oriented technology leader who loves getting things done with a team. Over the years I’ve built and scaled high‑performing groups and helped them deliver high‑quality software quickly and consistently. My approach is simple: assemble pragmatic, kind, accountable people; give them clarity, autonomy and focus; and ship value often. I focus on scalable systems and straightforward practices that keep momentum high.I’m also set on changing the world of work. Less busyness, more deep focus, a sustainable pace, and success measured by impact, not hours.I care a lot about helping people. I work with people to own outcomes, make good trade‑offs, and be ideal team players.I’ve designed engineering processes that are lightweight, repeatable, and actually enjoyable to work in - the kind that help teams move faster and customers feel the impact.I’m fluent across a wide range of technologies and industries. For me, the tech is a tool: use the right one, deliver value, learn, and keep going. If you’re building something and want a partner who will roll up their sleeves and get results, let’s connect.
