Highly organised, flexible and determined Business Support Officer for Oldham Council working within Adult Social Care, handling calls and data relating to a people with a range of physical, mental and learning conditions. Previously, within the council, I have been responsible for updating the official council Twitter, Flickr and Facebook pages, responding to public enquiries and informing the public on local issues. I developed numerous marketing campaigns at Oldham Council including work for Oldham Roughyeds rugby ground, who were also linked to the Bloom and Grow gardening campaign. My straplines also appeared on the packets of seeds that were distributed throughout the borough. This campaign was submitted to the national Britain In Bloom gardening competition, in which Oldham was a winner in 2010. Goals: To gain more experience in writing, specifically within the media, and to move into Public Relations.
