An IT veteran who cut my teeth in the datacenter at Nortel over 20 years ago, I've worn several hats over the years working at CSC, Partygaming LLC, and Dell EMC, Commvault, and Druva. Over my nearly 25 years in IT, I've had the privilege of working in several roles and contributing to many exciting projects and initiatives. I have been a Technical Sales Engineer, a Product & Solutions Marketer, an official Spokesperson, a Social Ambassador, a creator, a presenter, an enabler, builder, and a leader. I am extremely familiar with the data protection and SaaS backup industry, including the adjacent cyber security and data storage markets. I am particularly adept at being able to distinguish and separate the marketing from the reality in terms of what the vendors say vs. what they do. I understand their positioning, GTM strategies, technology, and have a solid grasp on current and developing trends in the market.
