Since graduating college with a concentration in accounting, I have immersed myself in real estate investing, retirement planning, macro/micro economics, and monetary policy. I have an in-depth understanding of the two largest pension funds CAL PERS and CAL STRS. Over the last several years I have helped numerous people increase their knowledge and understanding of how to create and plan a successful retirement.I began investing in real estate in 2005. Over the years I have worked to create a nationwide network of real estate entrepreneurs, investors, and sellers. I founded Strata Global Equity with the focus on bringing value to both buyers and sellers of distressed properties, mortgage notes, etc. My experience working in the financial services industry for the last 10 plus years has taught me to work hard, value relationships, and be ready to adapt to a continuously changing environment.
