Coming from a family of well respected leaders in the Early Education and School Education sector and with 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Playgrounds, Playscapes, Softfall, landscape and Construction, allows me to provide specialist outcomes and intrinsic understanding, of all of our clients professions and expected outcomes. Technical and Practical outcomes are also a key to our services of compliance and training in the playground and playscape industry, and something that our clients can rely upon by choosing us. Our team have an intrinsic understanding and most importantly the knowledge of all standards and the balance of risk in play and the importance of compliance. Diverse Management, Marketing, Operational Management, and Project Management, capabilities with a natural and proven ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate a team. Diploma in Sales and Marketing and Cert 3 in Horticulture and Landscaping with design credentials, along with many other current professional industry based, business and construction training courses, I have had the privilege of completing. Skilled and experienced in reading designing, scaling and understanding plans in many forms, and in technical drawing, with Smart Draw Landscspe Pro in 2d and 3d forms, and also experience with some forms of CAD, Revit along with many other creative and technical drawing platforms and programs. Practical forward thinker and team player with a consultative approach and a proven ability to produce team and personal results, with an all round business sense.
