With over 20 years of experience in branding and graphic design, I am passionate about helping businesses align their brand promise with their brand touchpoints, creating memorable and satisfying customer and employee experiences. As the business owner of Exceptional, a brand realignment consultancy, I work with clients in the hospitality industry who want to improve their customer retention and profitability. My approach is not about making pretty pictures and logos, but about understanding the core values and goals of each client and translating them into effective and consistent visual communication across all channels. I have a master's degree in graphic design from the Royal College of Art in London, and I am a Certified Graphic Designer by the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada. I have worked with diverse and prestigious clients, such as the Government of Canada, the United Nations, P&O Cruise Line, and Future Shop. I have also been a partner, design director, creative director, and brand strategist in various agencies and firms. I have a fun 'English' sense of humour and a knack for problem-solving.
