With over four years of experience steering sporting strategy, my role at Feyenoord Rotterdam N.V. involves bridging strategic goals with tangible outcomes through a people-centric approach. My focus is on delivering sporting projects and hiring processes that resonate with the organization's mission, pushing the boundaries to enhance our First Team, Women's Team, and Academy. This dedication mirrors the club's ethos, and I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Since January 2023, I've spearheaded the creation and execution of Feyenoord's Vision & Strategy for 2023-2026, aligning annually with the Sporting Strategic Action Plan. Through adept communication and leadership, I've been instrumental in crafting key club strategies, supporting the CEO/TD, and driving forward-thinking initiatives within the European Club Association. My recent tenure at Bloom Sports Partners also complements this role, where my advisory skills bolster organizational growth and sporting success. I have worked on projects with organizations across the NFL, NBA, MLS, NWSL, NCAA and European Football. Demonstrating a breadth of knowledge and ability to impact teams within their own context.
