About Matt Wilkinson

I enjoy helping organisations on their digital transformation journey to improve their business performance using IT solutions. That is, moving organisations into a real time/digital environment and being relevant with their customers today. I have been involved in the sales and delivery of technology related transformation services for twenty years, with a passion for working with organisations to envision, plan and execute effective improvements to their business. More recently, I have enjoyed working with customers on their digital transformation across many areas of a business eg: employee engagement, logistics and finance with a focus on business innovation/IoT to support our customers growth, as well as defend themselves against industry disruption. Digital transformation is discussed by many in industry today, but can only be effectively achieved through having a clear vision of the business benefit that is being sought, as well as the pragmatic application of technology that is suited to the relevant business processes. Further, because of the rapid evolution of technology, a continuous innovation cycle is required, which enables people with different skill sets to team together effectively in agile but structured ways to achieve an effective continuous improvement culture. My experience, having operational roles in consumer industries organisations combined with 20+ years of professional services in both delivery and sales roles with cloud and on premise solutions, provides me with a unique insight to help organisations achieve effective digital transformation.
