I specialize in the delivery of Instruction to adult learner and new operators as well as the ability and knowledge to assess and improve the quality of seasoned operators. My organizational skills are top notch which I believe is one of my best assets. Specializing in Adult Education, Curriculum & Career Development as well as a Workplace Health & Safety diploma, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in educating the adult learner both online & in person. I also have a vast majority of experience in curriculum development, career development & coaching for adult learning programs and adult job seekers Experience: I have been in the industry from a very young age and have worked in many different parts of the industry as well as different parts of the country. I have been an operator, foreman, and an instructor throughout my career thus far. After much time operating I took it upon myself to go to school and get certified and licensed as I felt this was very important in an ever changing world and industry. I have experience in civil construction, pipeline construction, powerline construction, landscaping, land reclamation, land clearing, demolition, and paving, as well as various extensive HEO construction related experience. I have put hundreds of students to work in Canada and have worked in the industry throughout Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and now British Columbia. I am a Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with experience operating mobile machines equipped with many different attachments such as movable shovel, grab bucket, rippers, breakers and dragline bucket to demolish and excavate earth, rock, sand, gravel and similar material in a safe productive manner. Specializing in Excavator, Dozer, Rubber Tire Backhoe and Rubber Tire Excavators. I have experience up to size D8 Dozers and size 1200 Excavators Excavator - 15 years - Backhoe - 15 years - Dozer - 12 years - Skid-Steer - 12 years - Grader, Rock Truck and Loader - 11 years Certified in each piece of equipment Ability to perform WET/DRY checks & complete pre trip inspections on any piece of heavy equipment
