I have worked with L’Oréal for the past 14 years, driving performance and achieving revenue targets for the world’s leading brands, including Lancôme, Armani, Mugler, Prada. My aim is to ensure every customer feels valued and of course, beautiful! I provide my team with engaging and motivational working environments, enabling them to deliver unique and inspirational retail experiences, promoting the reputation of the brand and ensuring retention. I have undertaken training with numerous leading names within the industry including Chanel, Sisley, Estee Lauder, Clarins, Smashbox, and Elizabeth Arden. I am proud of my exceptional product knowledge and ability to highlight the true elegance and distinctive qualities of the brands I work with. My love and passion for the product coupled with exceptional sales and marketing skills has led to many achievements throughout my career so far, including significant increases in revenue and growth of customer base.
