About Matteo Baldi

I am a young engineer and my goal is to develop a technical engineering career in a big company. I am currently working in a multinational company involved in the energy business, in which I’ve been taking part in a leadership program for engineering graduates since 2010. I’ve been performing rotational assignments in different departments working on turbomachinery projects. In my present job I am developing in particular mechanical and thermodynamic design skills in the turbomachinery field, and I have been assigned challenging projects which have stimulated me very much to continuously learn and develop initiative. The main focus of my academic studies at “Università degli Studi di Firenze”, Florence, Italy, where I earned a MSc. in Energy Engineering, was on fluid dynamics and heat transfer applied to the design and analysis of turbomachines. I am an ambitious and determined person with strong work commitment, and I love facing new challenges and working in a team.
