About Matteo Bazzanella

I am passionate about digital innovation and the technological transformation of businesses. Together with other professionals who share my vision, I founded Digital Robotics Srl and 2DSIDE, two companies that respectively provide automation and optimization solutions for business processes, as well as software development for digitalization and improvement of corporate decision-making processes. Prior to embarking on these ventures, I developed cross-functional skills working for various companies in the renewable energy sector, ranging from the development of mathematical-probabilistic models to the implementation and deployment of machine learning and process automation software solutions, to business analysis and planning with the drafting of industrial plans, business development processes, and management of legal and accounting aspects. I earned a Ph.D. in theoretical physics, which provided me with advanced knowledge and the perseverance necessary to develop long-term growth strategies and work plans. I spent more than 4 years in Gothenburg, Sweden, where I had the opportunity to get work in an innovative and stimulating environment, getting in contact with numerous start-ups and industrial giants such as Volvo and Scania. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to apply my skills and contribute to the digital transformation of companies, through the development of innovative solutions and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
