May 2019 – NOW: I started my work in Microsoft as a PFE on Security, since the reorg I’ve been a Customer Engineer and now I'm Cloud Solution Architect focused on security. I work with customers in proactive way to harden their environment and try to prevent security breaches. Every month I send a Security Bulletin analysis to several customers highlighting the most important CVEs and KBs to prioritize. I often try to emphasize the importance to keep systems up to date because every month Microsoft releases 50-100 fixes for vulnerabilities which could be exploited by malicious actors. Some customers want to deep dive some security aspects and I became their Trusted Security Advisor for the migration they’re doing to our Cloud. In my skills there is also Azure Information Protection. I’ve onboarded several customers on AIP fundamentals end drove them to find the best combination of label and policies to classify and protect their documents, mail, etc. based on the nature of the information they want to protect. I’m getting always more involved in security products like Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Security Center which are the most recommended to prevent an attack and monitor the environment health, as example I was in the team involved on a security breach due to Hafnium attack on a big Italian customer, we implemented several security products to discover and react to present and future attacks. 2017- 2019: Aurel SPA. Development and updating software of automatic machines for electronic industry using C# and Visual Basic. I was in the R&D team doing preliminary tests for customer’s products in order to define technical specification and personalisation required in the machine. 2016: Structural calculation: Effer SPA, this company designs and build truck cranes. I mostly used Excel to create calculation tables based on the update I performed to their software written in Basic. 2015: Laboratory tests on composite materials: University of Bologna: I performed delamination tests with special machines to create the graph of resistance of the material and find the best technology for the industrialisation of the production.
