As a Corporate Training Manager & Intercultural Healthcare Coach, I design and deliver learning programs that integrate healthcare expertise, intercultural communication, and professional development—contributing to inclusive, aware, and quality-driven environments. I bring a solid background in patient relations and healthcare communication, developed through many years of experience in a public hospital’s URP (Public Relations Office), where I also coordinated internal training initiatives for staff. I'm particularly focused on the intersection between human-centered care and digital innovation, with a growing interest in AI applications for healthcare learning and coaching in multicultural settings. I continue to develop my skills in L&D, intercultural strategy, and technology-enhanced training, always keeping the human element at the core.
