About Matteo Davide Behboo

I am a Supervising Associate at Arendt & Medernach, a leading European law firm, where I specialize in AIternative Investment Funds. I graduated from Fordham University School of Law with a Master of Laws degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance in May 2023. I also hold a five-year law degree from the University of Padua. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, I was a Legal Volunteer at New York Legal Assistance Group, where I provided pro bono guidance and support to self-represented litigants. I also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Fordham University School of Law, assisting Prof. Barry E. Hawk in business law research. Through these experiences, I developed and applied skills such as document preparation, case research, referrals, and academic writing. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the legal profession and the promotion of justice and human rights. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in English, French, and Italian, and have studied and worked in different countries and cultures.
